IF YOU ARE CAUGHT PERFORMING FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO WITHHOLD ALL FUNDS AND SERVICES.
Due to the global impact of COVID-19, your order may run into unexpected delays. Once deposit/full payment is made, after 24 hours there are no refunds, we cannot control shipping.
Once your order is marked delivered by the carrier, you have a 24-hour window to report any issues.
Reporting issues DOES NOT guarantee a refund. AFTER 24 HOURS ALL SALES ARE FINAL!! IF WE AGREE TO ACCEPT ITEMS BACK, YOU HAVE 72 HOURS TO SEND US TRACKING AND ITEMS MUST SHOW IN CARRIER POSSESSION. IF THEY LOSE THE ITEM AND YOU ELECTED NOT TO GET A RECEIPT SHOWING SCANNED STATUS THEN WE WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN RETURNS. If you pay in full upfront, your shoes will be shipped within one business day of them arriving to us, and we will send tracking.
If you elect to pay a deposit on a pre-order, your payment is due by the release date. If you pay a deposit on a past release, the final payment will be due 20 days after the first payment. If you choose our four payment plan, the deposit is due upfront, the second payment is due when the shoes are in our possession, the third payment is due two weeks after the second, and the fourth payment is due two weeks after the third. Please be sure of your size because there are no returns or exchanges unless we send you the wrong size or the wrong shoe. If you elect to change your address after your order is in transit to you. You will be charged another shipping fee because that will be a new label charge. Reach out to us first before anything.

DISPUTES
If, for any reason, you dispute any transaction made with ASPOT4KICKS LLC your account may be placed on hold until the dispute is resolved. You agree that you will not attempt to evade, avoid, or circumvent any refund prohibitions in any manner with regard to item(s) you purchase with ASPOT4KICKS LLC. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing and except as provided under “Returns” above, you will not dispute or seek a chargeback from the company whose credit card or method of payment you used to purchase the item(s) with ASPOT4KICKS. Should you do so, your order(s) may be canceled, and we may, in our sole discretion, refuse to honor pending and future purchases made from all credit card accounts or online accounts on which such chargebacks have been made and may prohibit all persons in whose name(s) the credit accounts exist and any person who accesses any associated online account or credit card or who otherwise breaches this provision from purchasing item(s) from ASPOT4KICKS LLC.

Refunds & Cancellations on PRE-ORDERS ONLY in the following scenarios:
-Release is Completely Cancelled, NOT if the release date is changed.
- Release is Exclusive to a Specific Retailer.
- Unforeseen Inventory Issue or Delay on our end.
- Pricing Error on our end.
Refunds & Cancellations will ONLY be issued to the original Payment Method.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns & Exchanges WILL ONLY be accepted if we Send you the Wrong Item or Size.
- To Qualify you MUST NOTIFY US WITHIN 3 Calendar Days of Package Receipt.
Returns & Exchanges MUST Meet ALL of these requirements.
- Still is BRAND NEW, has NOT been Worn, Tried On, or Damaged.
- Still has the Original Box & Packaging.
Once your Return/Exchange is Received & Passes ALL NEEDED Requirements, we will send you the Correct Item or Size at no extra cost to you.
*FULL REFUND ONLY If the Sneakers or Size Purchased is No Longer Available, in this case, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE NOR HAVE ANY CONTROL OVER BRAND MANUFACTURER DEFECTS.
